Grading

 

Because enamel pins are filled by hand, finding a “perfect pin” will be a very rare occurrence. Due to this, I’m lenient when grading my pins. I grade them by the batch. So if a batch of pins of the same design all have small flaws, A grades will be the least flawed of said batch. 

 

A grades- At an arms length, no defects can be seen. Can only be seen upon close inspection

 

B Grades- Noticeable defects (ie: deep scratches, scratched metal, rippled screenprint) Can be seen right away

 

C Grades- Large defects (ie: missing/crooked screen print, large gouges in enamel, wrong color enamel) Extremely noticeable

 

 

I too, am human. So if you feel as though you have received an incorrectly graded pin, please contact me and I will be more than happy to fix the issue <3 Your support means the world to me and I want all my customers to be satisfied with their purchases :)

 

 

Buying My Pins

 

All pins are limited to one per customer at all times. This makes things fair! You can buy different variants of the same design, but not the same variant. (Example: You can buy one gold metal and one black nickel, but not two gold) I do however allow you to purchase a pre-order and then you can get the same pin from the in hand drop as well. I would just hope you’re not doing it to flip the pin.

 

DO NOT PURCHASE MY PINS JUST TO SELL IT AT A RIDICULOUS PRICE DIRECTLY AFTER A DROP. I hate seeing this and if I catch you, you will be banned from purchasing from my store. I want my pins to go to those who really want them. 

 

 

Refunds

 

I will not offer refunds on pre-order items if the money has already been put towards production. If you receive a damaged or lost item I will be more than happy to accommodate that.
